Terms and Conditions
We at DGSL always look forward to the sheer opportunity of providing our customers with exceptional cleaning, repairing and restoration services. For us to successfully provide our services to you, you are required to leave your belongings (that are to be serviced) with us for a certain period of time.
We request you to take the time to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Unless stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, the relationship between DGSL and its Customers is exclusively governed by these Terms and Conditions that are deemed read and accepted by the Customer. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, we are unable to provide you our services or keep your belongings with us.
Payments
DGSL accepts payments by a valid UK credit card; debit card; or DGSL voucher. Payment must be made in GBP (Pound sterling). Payment for services is to be made in advance, and if the Customer fails to make the payment within a period of 30 days from the day of being notified to collect belongings, DGSL has the right to resell these belongings in order to recover storage costs.
Collection Policy
When Customers leave trainers, handbag or shoes with us, we provide a ticket (such as this one) with proper identification and with terms and conditions printed on the same ticket.
Loss, Damage and Refund Policy
DGSL takes great carewith customers shoes and handbags but in the event we are responsible for the loss or damage to sneakers please contact us asap and provide all relevant information.
- In most cases we will ask for a store receipt or proof of purchase, upon collection and will release after.
- In the event we are responsible for the loss or damage of your trainers, handbags, or shoes, we will reimburse you based on the pre-owned (second-hand) value at the time, not the original purchase price. In case we are responsible for the loss or damage to your trainers, handbags or shoes, we would be liable to pay for the pre-owned (second hand) value of the item at the present time, and not original value of the item mentioned on the store receipt or proof of purchase. The maximum value that will be refunded will not exceed GBP 100 for trainers and GBP 300 for designer handbags and designer shoes.
Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to change and the prices on the website will overrule any printed catalogues which are deemed to be out of date.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify DGSL against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services and products.
Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Consumer Rights
None of the above terms and conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
